Cloudflare
Cloudflare may process requests and, depending on enabled security or network features, may set strictly necessary cookies related to load balancing, abuse prevention, or access protection.
Formspree
Formspree receives form data only when you choose to submit the contact form. Submission archiving is off, so Formspree relays messages without retaining a copy. It is not used for advertising or analytics.
Self-hosted fonts
Typography is served from local files in this site deployment, so no remote font provider is contacted when the page loads.
Security challenges
If anti-spam or challenge tooling is enabled later through Formspree or infrastructure settings, it should be limited to necessary security use and documented here before rollout.
Consent and control
THINKSMART does not intend to place non-essential cookies from this site code. If that changes, the site should be updated to collect consent before those cookies are stored or accessed where required by law.
You can also manage cookies in your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may affect security features or the ability to submit forms if the live infrastructure relies on strictly necessary protections.
Live configuration matters
Some cookie behavior depends on dashboard-level settings outside this repository. If Cloudflare Pages Web Analytics, Zaraz, waiting-room features, challenge pages, or third-party CAPTCHA providers are enabled in production, this notice should be updated to match the live deployment before those features are used.
